Our Process

  • Step 1 — Inquire

    Fill out our inquiry form and tell us everything — your date, your venue, your vision, your budget. Don't worry if you don't have it all figured out yet. We love a bride with a mood and no plan just as much as a bride with a full Pinterest board. We'll take it from there.

  • The Proposal

    After chatting we'll get to work crafting a custom floral proposal just for you. This includes a detailed breakdown of every floral element, investment figures, and our creative vision for your day. We take our time with this because it matters, every proposal is completely bespoke, never templated.

  • The Booking

    When you're ready to move forward, we'll send over your contract and retainer to secure your date. Once that's signed and submitted, you're officially on our calendar and we are officially over the moon. We take on a limited number of weddings each season so this step is important., your date is not held until the contract is signed.

  • The Design Process

    In the weeks and months leading up to your wedding we'll refine your design, source the most beautiful blooms, and handle every single detail so you don't have to think about a thing. We'll check in with you along the way and make any adjustments as your vision evolves. Wedding planning changes, we change with it.

  • Your Wedding Day

    On your wedding day we arrive early, we set up every last detail, and we make sure everything is exactly as we envisioned and then some. You will not lift a finger. You will not worry about a single stem. You just get to show up, be a bride, and feel everything. That's our job. We've got you completely.

At The Floral Studio, we do things a little differently. Our arrangements are designed for feeling first, lush, romantic, and deeply intentional, rooted in a lifelong love of growing things that started in a grandmother's garden. We keep our calendar small on purpose, so every bride receives our full heart and attention from the first inquiry to the last petal. Your florist is also a bride herself, planning her own Sicilian wedding, so she knows firsthand what it means to trust someone with the most important day of your life. Based in Utah, available for destinations across the US, and growing roots in Italy, we go wherever your love story takes you. This isn't just floristry. It's personal.
